Two-story townhome. Two (2) bedrooms with queen beds and two (2) full bathrooms all located on the second floor. Half bathroom located on the ground floor. Sofa couch available to accommodate 5th person at additional cost.
Guest Access:
Secure building and property access. Codes provided the morning of arrival.
The Neighborhood:
5 minute walk to Chelsea's Live music venue
6 blocks to River Center events
2 ½ miles to LSU
Immediate access to the levee bike path
1 miles to North Boulevard Town Square, Baton Rouge’s gathering place for festivals, concerts and live events
Within 2 miles radius of the State Capitol, IBM Center, financial, legal, and other downtown businesses
Close to BTR airport

**IMPORTANT - To comply with corporate policy, guests reserving this property must complete virtual check in using a valid government ID.**
HOUSE RULES
1. Primary renter must be 21+ years of age
2. This is an entirely smoke-free complex. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment, building common areas, or private patios.
3. No parties or large gatherings.
4. Unregistered pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals must be approved prior to booking as they may not always be accommodated. Additional fees apply.
5. Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained or damaged bedding/linens.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.
Interaction with Guests:
Available between normal business hours (8AM-6PM). Outside of these hours please call the provided phone number for emergencies only.
