Overall we were happy with the facilities and great view. Enjoyed the balcony very much. We had trouble with the WiFi and TV.Overflowing trash at the entry to the home was unsightly.Location was convenient and restaurants were nearby.Host checked in nicely about our stay but the one message about the TV wasn’t answered.

Great value. Easy access to downtown, the South Hills, the stadiums & Oakland. Can’t beat the skyline view right on Grandview.A few things to know/remember. It’s about 15 steps up to the front door and another 22 up to the unit. There is a noise ordinance from 10pm - 6aam. Followed while I was there but was pretty noisy in the evening before 10 from music, motorcycles & cars for a couple of hours before 10. Street parking is available next street over but is restricted through Sept 24 from 10m - 6am.Wouid still definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful, cozy space! We enjoyed our time spent here very much. The only “problem” we had was parking, and that was on us. We arrived late…when all the tourists were parked on Grandview to take in the amazing view! After the first night, we had no issues with parking. We would definitely stay here again!
