Located on the 7th floor of a Parisian building with an elevator, the Murat Penthouse offers a rare experience: living Paris from above, with unobstructed views of the city's rooftops and the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop. This one-bedroom apartment combines elegance, brightness, and comfort in a residential neighborhood in the 16th arrondissement, appreciated for its calm and proximity to the capital's main arteries. Ideal for an extended stay, it will offer you the refinement of Parisian life.

Upon entering, natural light draws the eye to the large living room windows, which reveal a typically Parisian view, punctuated by the silhouettes of the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse Tower. The living room, decorated in a clean, contemporary style, creates a warm and soothing atmosphere.
The separate, peaceful, and well-appointed bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and ample storage space, while the fully equipped kitchen—stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher—meets all the requirements of a long-term stay. The understated, modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.
The overall balance is striking: an elegant, bright apartment perfectly designed to combine work, relaxation, and daily Parisian life.
