Wake up in a quiet gated community in East Mesa and enjoy coffee on your private balcony before heading out for the day. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the Coyote Landing community comfortably sleeps up to 6 and offers a clean, calm place to unwind after a full day out.
After time in the Arizona sun, come back somewhere comfortable. Kick off your shoes, relax in the living area, or step outside with a drink as the evening cools. If you prefer a night in, the kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook a real meal instead of relying on takeout.

The open living space is designed for comfort and simplicity, with plenty of seating to relax or stream your favorite shows.
The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, and essentials for everyday meals, plus:
• Air fryer and slow cooker for easy options at home
• Coffee maker (pods + ground coffee) with starter coffee, creamer, and tea
Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 6)
Each bedroom is set up for restful sleep with blackout curtains and sound machines:
• Primary bedroom: King bed with private ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom: Queen bed
• Third bedroom: Queen bed

• Fragrance-free laundry and no air fresheners for a low-scent environment
• Dimmable lighting throughout for a more comfortable sensory experience

Communication with Leigh Ann was pleasant and quickly to address one small issue I encountered. Instructions were clear and very easy to follow. Overall my stay was relaxing, clean and easy.

Great location in quiet gated community. Unit is close to the kids play set, pool, hot tub, community room. Second level location gives you views of the Superstition Mountains (and the cougar shadow for a week spring and fall). Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with all needs - especially the kitchen. Host very accommodating and quick replies to communications. Highly recommend. Loved our stay.

The unit was exactly we needed for 6 persons. It was well equipped with plenty of towels and other supplies. Host was responsive to our couple of questions. Grounds and pool was clean and well maintained

Easy check in and check out. The area was nice and safe. We loved to pool and hot tub as well as the nice snacks that were provided
