The apartment is a modern, nicely designed space for a couple. All modern features, well maintained with large, wide windows that can be opened up. Very comfortable. A small Zabka supermarket is on the ground floor at the back of the apartment block for a quick shop and restaurants, train and bus stations just a short walk.
There could be some signage outside the apartment block. Nowhere does it say GOLDPOINT on this apartment. There is no air conditioner and while we did not require it for this trip, it might be a consideration for those travelling in the summertime. An electric fan was supplied. Lifts are situated on every second floor so it might be a consideration for those with a lot of luggage.

Well-equipped, cozy apartment, in an excellent location, with a kind, helpful owner. Central location and quiet bedroom are a rare combination, this is a special merit of the apartment. Most of the sights are within walking distance, and to reach more distant destinations, several public transportation options are also available within a few minutes. Several grocery stores are within a few minutes' walk. I highly recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Very convenient for us being close to the station
Only 2 burner cooktop and few pans so not good for catering. No instructions for appliances making them difficult to use. And totally ridiculous wine glasses!
