It was very clean. Loved the decor. Spacious and comfortable. The first night the AC was not working(simple fix, a drain had clogged and triggered the unit to shut off). I contacted the host the next morning and within 2 hours someone was there fixing the issue. They stayed in constant communication until the issue was fixed.

Nothing.

We loved the size of the property and how it worked for our family. There were plenty of cookware in the kitchen to cook meals as well as we were close to lots of restaurants with about 15 minute drive. Great location.

Key pad on door was difficult and sometimes didn’t acknowledge we were trying to lock the door, chairs on the back deck need to be replaced as only 2/5 were usable the others were broken, primary bedroom bathroom had a crack in the middle of the shower floor that appeared to be sealed in an attempt to repair it but it felt very weak and like the floor beneath it was not there. Or was rotten so it made the person showering feel like they were going to fall, there needs to be a handle going down the steps into the pool, and a step stool is needed for the hot tub for shorter people to be able to use the hot tub. Lastly, the ac in the pool room didn’t work at all while we were there. I reported it and it apparently had been worked on prior to our stay but they were waiting on a part.

the grandkids loved the pool

BBQ gas grill would not work and it was very dirty under the grates. The other grill was rusted
