It's in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to both stadiums and transportation modes are nearby. The room is spacious for single and couples with a private half bathroom. A shower is also available for use. This a private house with kitchen privileges.

As an older person I found the mattress a bit thin although I slept fairly well. I was disappointed that there wasn't a can opener to use since I forgot mine.

The location of the place how it was easy to attend the event we were there for. The host was very responsive in helping where to park since we were not familiar with the area. Carroll Street is unmarked and it was strongly recommended that we walk to places if possible since the neighborhood is very dense and can get difficult to find parking. Love that the area was close to our weekend event and walkable!!

The parking situation. Signage of tow spots gave limited areas to park.

Great location close to stadium, private room with toilet and basin, eating area and kitchen use ..parking nearby

Arrived at 3pm room not cleaned.. unfortunate delay by cleaner at previous job.. but he did a quick clean and reset once there.. host dropped off missing remote for TV😊 bed was a little soft
