PGM Hotel Resort Okinawa

I had a wonderful stay at PGM Okinawa Resort and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere, service, and beautiful surroundings. The resort has a sophisticated and relaxing feel, which made it a lovely place to unwind. One detail I particularly loved was the bathroom and bathtub design. Having the bathtub open to the room created a spacious, luxurious feeling, and it was one of my favorite features of the room. I also noticed that the hotel had added a pleasant scent and a signature touch, which I believe was introduced following feedback from previous guests. I really appreciated seeing that the hotel listens to customer reviews and makes efforts to improve the guest experience. These small details made the stay feel even more special.

There are a few things that could make the experience even better: * Breakfast: It would be nice to have more variety in the specialty/main dishes from day to day, particularly with items such as fish, rice dishes (for example, takikomi gohan).Having some changes each morning would make a longer stay more interesting. It would have been best to add herbs tea selections for breakfast for people who don't drink coffee. Okinawa has a variety of herbs tea, so it would be a great add. * Sanitary bags: Providing small sanitary plastic bags in the bathroom would be useful. * Shower cap: It would be helpful to have shower caps available in the room. * Room service: I would appreciate having more substantial meal options for room service, rather than mainly snack type dishes. A complete meal option would be convenient, especially for guests who prefer to dine privately in their room. * Steam iron: A dedicated place to hang clothes while using the steam iron would make it much easier to use. * Humidifier: A humidifier in the room, or one available upon request, would be a welcome addition, especially when using the air conditioning.

Nos ha encantado. Super hotel, Muy buenas instalaciones. Personal muy muy atento. Todo genial .Nos hubiera encantado alargar nuestra estancia. Repetiremos !!!

部屋も広くて清潔で快適でした。プールも広く ゴルフをやらない家族でも楽しめると思います スタッフの方もいつも笑顔で子どもも喜んでいました 朝食もとても美味しかったです

良くないところはないのですが、 アイスのカフェラテはどこのホテルでも裏で作って持って来てもらっていたのですが、今回はエスプレッソのアギラで自分でつくるタイプであまり美味しくなかったのが残念でした。ハワイアンレストランはリーズナブルでとても美味しかったのですが、スペアリブの味付けが甘すぎると思います

Came for a quiet pool weekend and walked right into an exceptional grand opening! I was honored with flowers at check-in, and the hospitality never stopped. The rooms are massive, modern masterpieces with beautiful open layouts and artful shower rooms. The pool area is stunning and highly rejuvenating. Dining here is world-class. Steakhouse SEAMEN'S delivered a polished 5-star dinner with a charming chef, while Lahaina served up the most heavenly pizza I’ve ever had. Breakfast is a magnificent "theme park" of delicious choices, and the Bunny Irish Pub is fantastic for drinks. Massive thanks to Mr. Momiyama and Mr. Suzuki for their world-class poolside and restaurant service. You will feel like royalty here—I cannot wait to return!
