Great location, close to the main shopping area and train station. The room is modern and looks quite new. Having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient, and the two double beds were a good size for our family of four.
Housekeeping was disappointing. During our 6-night stay, the room was only tidied, with no vacuuming or proper cleaning. It became very dusty, including under the beds, which worsened my children’s allergies. No laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, or cookware were provided, and some towels were stained. For the price, I expected better housekeeping and amenities.

The lacaton is amazying: close to Myenongdong station, to the main street and to various shops. It's also very close the Namsan forest. Staff are very nice and attentive.
Poor cleaning. Both the room and bathroom had dust and hairs on the floor. Even after some complaints, the cleaning did not get any better. We stayid for 6 nights and I found hair in the bathroom every night when we came back to the hotel. When we first arrived I even found fake eyelashes in the bathroom's cabinet (not mines, of course). I would definately recommend better cleanning.
