The apartment had everything we needed and the owners were reliable and very responsive. Highly recommend it.
The only disadvantage of staying in an apartment versus a hotel is that you cannot use a luggage delivery service.

It had enough space around the living room to get ready for our family or 3 under 3. Bathroom was good. Beds were comfortable. Cots were clean and in good condition. There are some restaurants around. Close to pharmacy and 2 small grocery stores as well as convenience stores. Washing machine was good and drying rack in shower area worked fast!
Confirmation of cots was not given until second request. Communication regarding time of room password was inconsistent and early request was not acknowledged. Check in at 4pm is not ideal. Instructions from Kuramae station didn’t take into account there are several exits from this station due to there being different lines. No drying rack. No glasses, only small mugs.
