The location is excellent and very peaceful, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The general food (other than the breakfast) was also good.
The lake-facing areas need better attention regarding cleanliness and tidiness. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing and far below expectations, offering only 4 food items, 2 types of jam, and one flavor of cornflakes (chocolate). This might be due to the low occupancy (less than 8 guests during my stay), but the quality and variety were still poor. Finally, there is a serious insect problem in the rooms; the gaps in the balcony doors allow insects to enter, and the ground floor rooms are the worst as gaps under the main doors allow insects and even reptiles to crawl in.
