Simple kitchen and laundry in the room, very convenient for longer stays. The property is in the little Japan area, it’s quiet and cleaner than some other areas in Hanoi.
The front desk and the cleaning lady are both very friendly and very helpful.
The curtains were not covered the windows very well especially the kitchen window, we can see the neighbors, so we have to use some clips and creative ways to make them 100% cover, but it’s not a big deal. We would stay in the property again on the next visit.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, tiện nghi, nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Đặc biệt, bạn quản gia, Dương, rất nhiệt tình, tốt bụng, hỗ trợ khách hết mình.

施設自体は良いですので、満足できています。
隣の建物の施工は朝4時か5時からスタートされて、非常にうるさかったので、あまりにも寝れなかった。
