Hotel Kwality Regency

Everything about this hotel is very good. Be it cleanliness or staff or the location. A 10/10 for this beautiful little property.

The Kwality Regency lives up to its name in every respect. The property is finished to a high quality, there is clear an attention to detail and all the staff are well trained and very personable. We stayed for two nights and would certainly book the hotel again when in Chandigarh.

Minor point - but no elevator.

The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable and generally well maintained. The overall property had a nice atmosphere, and I liked that there were useful facilities available in the room.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was some trash left in the bin when I arrived. The water was also extremely hot, and I was unable to get cold water, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable. I also had an issue with the late check-out. I had already informed the staff that I wanted to check out a little late and had agreed to pay the applicable hourly rate. However, while I was out for work, I received a call from a staff member questioning why I had not informed them about the late check-out. The tone of the call felt quite harsh, and I was repeatedly asked about my check-out despite having already discussed it with the hotel.

Location was good

No Lift so very hard to take luggage up. Hot water is an issue . TV Not working . However staff was good
