nice cooperative staff at reception. kind and helping. great people, new facility so everything is new and clean except electric sockets.
phone charging sockets are not at convenient position near the bed or table. these are far and too loose.
room or bathroom sandals are not comfortable, cannot wear. no clothing hangers in the cupboard.
overall, rooms from inside needs some improvements

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and access everything you need. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and quite modern, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The rooms and common areas are well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness really stood out to me.
What made my experience even more special, however, was the exceptional customer service from Khawar and Abdullah. These two gentlemen are absolutely amazing and are truly an asset to the hotel. Their manners and professionalism are impeccable, and they are always kind, respectful, and willing to help with anything you need. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued.
The level of customer service I received from Khawar and Abdullah is easily a 10/10. It is rare to come across people who are not only professional at their jobs but also genuinely warm, humble, and helpful. They represent the hotel extremely well and are a big reason why my stay was such a positive experience.
In my opinion, Khawar and Abdullah deserve recognition and should seriously be considered for promotion. Great people, excellent service, and a real credit to the hotel.
Overall, a fantastic stay with a great location, clean and modern facilities, comfortable surroundings, and outstanding staff. I would happily stay here again.
