The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help.Our room was spotless and well-maintained.The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great.The location is perfect, close to public transport and shops.Great value for the price paid.

Staff behaviour was very good. They tried to fulfill all the things we requested. They are Kind and good hearted persons.
I had booked a family room. But as per requirements of family, we didn't feel comfortable as the size of room and beds was much less than required for a family to stay.
Food quality was average. One of the biggest disappointment was the lack of proper ventilation as there was no window or balcony in the room. We felt a slight suffocation there. Cleanness and hygiene were average, felt little bad odours also. In short, they tried to match the vibe of a good hotel but failed to do so. Wasn't value for money and overpriced.
