Place well presented and had everything could think of for a short stay. Host helpful in explaining everything
No fault of the owner but had a brown out for 2 of the 3 days stayed. Back up generator worked for 90% of the time on restricted supply to room (1 light 1 power socket.) Real downside generator outside room so quite noisy.

The property is located near city center but surprisingly it’s a quite place which is good for leisure and vacation.
The host was very responsive with my questions and the room is aesthetically pleasing which makes me enjoy my stay in Baguio. Definitely will book again for my next trip.

Since it’s not “over-used” , there’s no foul smell. But the beddings were enough and some are worn out.
The post wasn’t accurate. The supposed queen bed is not accurate and the twin beds is a sofa bed. No tissue papers or paper towels, and NO PLASTIC BAGS for trash. There’s small kitchen but NO dining table. They accomodated 7pax to eat at center table which measures less than 2x3feet
