When we arrived, it was already dark, and the place looked a little creepy at first because there wasn’t much lighting around and the building is still under reconstruction. We were lucky that someone was leaving at the same time, so we were able to enter the private parking area almost immediately after arriving. The apartment itself feels like an oasis within the building. It is a very nice place, with everything new, modern, and well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay here. The owner provides all the information very clearly, including a solution for accessing the private parking when the gate is closed at night. Everything was well explained, which made our stay much easier.

Nothing special to mention here. A toaster and a microwave would probably be useful additions to the apartment.

Great location, well equipped immaculate apartment. Suitable for short and long term stays.

The apartment is very new, very clean, and indeed very cosy to stay in.

It was a bit difficult locating the entrance or correct street to turn into with the rental car. I had to call and confirmed the property was on Degtuku Gatve. It was also tricky coming back late at night with a car as the gates close. We were provided instructions to text/call but it didn't work. We were lucky there were people exiting by car which opened the gate for us.

Labai patogūs apartamentai! Yra viskas ko gali reikėti trumpam apsistojimui, labai patiko! Jei reikėtų apsistočiau dar kartą šioje vietoje.
