The fact that I gave TENS for every category that was asked tells you I was extremely pleased. I will make this my home away from home when I need to stay in Indy whether it's one night or multiple nights. I was thoroughly impressed with this property and the responsiveness of the property owner.
Designated area to drop off luggage before parking the car

The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to a ton! Very spacious apartment with great amenities! It was decorated beautifully AND bonus arcade games! It was well stocked and clean. We will definitely stay again! We all wished we had more time.
Everything was good. Only one elevator was working but it didnt create a problem for us even though it was very busy time with a concert a Lucas Oil.

Fantastic location. Great value if in a group. Detailed communication from host. Parking only a one-time fee of $20 instead of needing to pay daily rates at a garage. Skywalk gets you directly to the convention center.

I loved that this was an older building with a lot history. The apartment we stayed in was so nice and cozy feeling. I loved the decor and furniture. Everything was great. We only stayed one night for cheer national competition but we would definitely come back for a longer stay.
No complaints.
