The Green Hotel Vientiane

Friendly staff, great room, clean and tidy. Good location for temple visits and the night market along the river.

Restaurant/Club across the street was parting till 3am both nights of my stay. If you’re a light sleeper book the pool view! Breakfast was great my first morning and disappointing the second. Low amount of food available. Staff were even taking pics on their phones on the lack of food.

Great stay in Vientiane! The hotel is very well located, clean and comfortable, with shops and local amenities close by. It was a very convenient base for exploring Vientiane. What really made my short stay special was Boun La Vang, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He arranged my transfers, including the transfer to Ripe Yet Garé, and also took care of my city tour. Since I only had one day in Vientiane, he knew exactly how to organise the itinerary so I could see and enjoy as much as possible. He was always helpful, professional and genuinely friendly, with a smile throughout. Thank you, Boun La Vang, for making my short stay so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect to explore! They rooms are clean and the pool is a nice addition. The staff were nice and helpful!

We didn't have breakfast. It is available at USD $9 pp I believe but we opted to eat at one of the cafes across the road for much less.

The 3 concurrent device limitation for wifi was problematic. Even though we didn't have 3 concurrent devices, it would not let me connect to a device which made it challenging as I had an important meeting to take. I ended up using my phone hot spot. The bathroom also has a large glass panel that allows you to see into living room and vice versa. There are blinds you can draw, but at the edges, you can still see. So the privacy isn't ideal.
