Would have been nice, if not for shady sales practices!

The condo was clean and spacious. I also loved the balconies with sliding glass doors off of the living and bed room.

The people handling my booking did not notify me that there would be construction going on ALL DAY, EVERY DAY of my stay. It was happening on the floor above mine (specifically the units right above the one I was staying in!). The noise was so loud and starting from 7 in the morning until 5-6pm in the evening. I have literally never heard construction that loud! There was drilling, pounding, sawing, and the sound of metal against metal. It was so loud each day that I had to wear earplugs just to withstand it somewhat. It was February and VERY cold so unfortunately I couldn’t escape the noise by sitting outside all day. When I reached out to the booker (who was a 3rd party management firm, I came to realize) they were uninterested and acted as if I should have expected it! I wasn’t aware that I was psychic and would be able to forecast in advance that there was scheduled construction! The listing did not say that there would be any construction going on- if it had I would have not booked the condo!! I was thoroughly stressed out the whole time I was there. I kept requesting to speak with the owner but they would not refer me. I had to prod and prod to even get a small refund. Which, by the way wasn’t even enough to cover one night of what I paid for it! I would not recommend booking with this company. Atlantic Towers is great, the condo was nice but the unit should NOT have been rented out at that time. At the very least, I should have been made aware that construction was going to be happening BEFORE I booked, so I could have chosen to spend my money elsewhere. The 3rd party company handling the rental of the unit is shady, at best. I suggest that you stay far away from this one.
