Overall, this was a solid low budget option for a night near the airport. The bed and bathrooms were clean, there was a clean usable fridge, and it was quiet.
I received multiple very long automated messages with so many rules when I booked, and then there were signs with rules posted everywhere. Made me feel like I was in a dorm - but not super welcome. Plus, the stove and oven had been deactivated - apparently due to previous violations, but if that information was in one of the messages, I missed it. So don't count on being able to cook there.

Clean and Peaceful, Affordable and Close the Downtown. Public Transportation nearby
Manager/ Host, who thinks he is straight forward but I felt him a bit rude.
6 / 10Nella media·set 2026
Dual bathrooms (useful for a 5-room property), free overnight street parking (2 PM to 8 AM), clean/comfortable bed, and functional air conditioning and TV.
Visible black mold on bathroom ceilings and windows, broken fixtures (towel racks), worn curtains, lack of functioning cooking appliances (no working stove or mini-oven; microwave only), small room and desk size, noise disruptions from other occupants, and delayed host communication due to timezone differences
