Bed was too hard.

We loved staying here! As our 5th trip to Florence we know the old city fairly well and the location was great. It’s steps from the action but on a quiet street. We booked the miraggio room and the patio and room views were exceptional. One of the best stays we’ve had in Florence. Lots of space and well equipped.
Like most European accommodation the beds are hard and the pillows are small but it’s to be expected, I wouldn’t say it was low quality tho.

Authentic Italian building, amazing apartment, fantastic view of the entire Florence with Uffizi Gallery right in front of you across the river.
Three air conditioners saved us from 39C outside in August.
Luckily, the cleaners were onsite and they helped us to bring our heavy luggage up from the elevator through the last stretch of stairs
