You have to stay here if you're visiting the park. The host helped us to coordinate every single little detail. She helped with tickets, reservations and even itinerary. Just book and she will assist you. The rooms are amazing with great view and facilities.
The location is top.
Please stay for at least 4 days so you can enjoy the place.
Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Kelly & her staff are amazing. She was in touch in advance to help us arrange tickets for the park. Her English was excellent. She also helped us get a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We are vegan and her chef was able to accommodate. They even provided us with sandwiches for packed lunch which was an amazing help. We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming. We also got to learn a little calligraphy while we were there. The hotel is spotless, too. I think it’s really good value for money!

The building is bigger than I thought, and it looks like a vista in the background of the mountains. The room is also very spacious, good for my kid to move around. Of course it is always great to have her moving around in the beautiful yard. I love all the decorations with the traditional Chinese styles, mixing really well with the modern pieces, creating a warm and comfy feelings.
I cannot think of anything that I don't like about my stay, really. I would definitely come back to it next time.
