Summary:
Penthouse Sweet
The Space:
Close your eyes - now open them, because you’ve found the Gulf beach vacation of your dreams with this brand-new penthouse condo, decorated with luxury furnishings, located on a protected harbor across the street from the beach. It’s an elevator ride downstairs to the shops, restaurants, bars, mini-golf, and other attractions right outside the front door. If you want to stay even closer to home, spend the day enjoying the on-site heated pool.
Mornings are made for sipping coffee from the Nespresso machine, while out on your balcony, as you enjoy the sea breeze and peek-a-boo ocean view. Inside, you’ll find an open living space, featuring chic decor, bright pops of art, and abundant natural light. The group’s chef will love the sleek kitchen, with gleaming stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinetry and countertops, and all the cookware they need to prepare a feast. Grab a bite at the kitchen island or sit down for a family-style meal at the adjacent dining table.
After a day on the sand - and don’t forget to grab the provided beach gear - come home to cool off in the central AC. The washer/dryer will make quick work of any laundry while you stream the latest release from the oversized sectional. A bonus room with another TV means everyone can watch what they want, and the free high-speed WiFi makes it easy to stay connected. End the night in any of three serene bedrooms, but not before stepping out to the balcony to toast your first - and next - dreamy beach day.

Great stay, great host!

Great place and location. A few suggestions for improvement: Please take down the horrifying picture at the end of the hallway-it looks like an abused child or worse. There were only 2 kitchen towels. ALL towels looked like they were 10 years or older-thin, cheap, worn out.Cleaning crew should be reminded to move items when cleaning (ie toaster-underneath was a ton of crumbs...)Hardest door lock ever....Glass (not plastic) wone glasses are preferredToilet in half bath may need a new float ball...it took forever to fill and would run for quite a long time.Things that cannot be fixed, but you may want to forewarn renters: This unit faces the road, with tons of road noise, even with windows and door walls closed.Metal chairs on balcony get super-hot...cushions would help. The pool does not see sunlight until after noon and is hidden by the building next door by 4pm...Overall, a very positive experience. We would rent here again. Suggestions are for overall improvement
