**** 'Crescent Beach Club will be under construction for 2 years starting in Sept. 2025 for the required restoration after the 40 year inspection on the property. Balcony restoration will begin in the south building and work north beach side, gradually closing one stack at a time only moving on once fully complete. Guest will not have access to the balcony and view will completely blocked during this time. Parking is also limited due the equipment required to complete the work. There is not a specific timeline for each building as work can be affected by weather and other unseen circumstances. It was very close to beach. We had a problem with hot water but host managed to get it fixed. Beautiful sunsets.

We had an excellent stay at Crescent Beach Club. Super easy check-in process. The condo was exactly as described in the listing - clean, comfortable and well equipped - and the views from the balcony couldn't be beat! When we had a question the Casago team was quick to reply and very professional.We really enjoyed the quiet location. The condo is within walking distance of some good stores and restaurants and just a short drive away from downtown Clearwater on the Jolly Trolley! The parking garage was a little tight, but manageable. There was always a spot available for our rental car. We REALLY appreciated the fact that there were shopping carts provided to carry grocery bags and luggage up to our unit from the parking garage - VERY useful! We thought that was a nice touch.Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing week in Clearwater and if we have the opportunity to visit again we will definitely stay here if the unit is available.

Condo was amazing but the view was out of this world. Waking up to see the gulf was great. The pool and hot tub were great and was pretty much like having a personal pool and hot tib because nobody was even utilizing it while we stayed. The condo had everything needed which made it feel like home. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was lovely but working with the property manager was disappointing. When we arrived, the code for the door worked but the door was stuck and it was hard to open so we took a picture of the cracked door frame and sent it to property manager and they said someone would check on it but they never did come and then two of our fobs did not work but once again we reported it and no one came to fix them. I told them to have the door frame looked at before the next guest arrives but I am not sure that will happen. We were able to get in and out with our keys but the cracks in the frame need to be looked at before they get more destroyed.
