You will love my place for the outdoor space and the neighborhood My place is good for couples , solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). TV included with Netflix Wifi available! Also available Kayak and snorkeling gear

It is appropriate for couples with small children only since is a one room apartment but if you wish you can bring older children. There is also a one person kayak and snorkeling gear.

Perfect place for solo traveler... flexible check in, secure parking, great communication. I 100% would stay here again. I am used to sleeping with ear plugs due to my snoring dog. I am glad I brought them even though she wasn't here because there are several roosters around roostering. Would recommend. Thank you!

This unit has wonderful beach amenities. Chairs, cooler, towels, umbrella and a kayak. The newly remodeled full kitchen was much appreciated and the walk ability to playa Santa, restaurants with traditional Puerto Rican cuisine as well as bars, and water sports rentals. We had some issues with the condition of the bathroom ceiling as it was flaking off and falling all over us while showering or using the restroom but the host assured that it was under construction to be repaired soon. Otherwise I would have left a better rating but it made the bathroom feel unclean and uncomfortable. I’m glad it’s getting fixed as the unit is very nice and I loved the artwork!! I would recommend it!
