This modern beach retreat offers over 2,700 square feet of beautifully designed living space, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. Perfect for family gatherings or group getaways, our home combines modern style with coastal comfort.
Step inside to an open-concept floor plan filled with natural light and clean coastal décor. The spacious kitchen features a large panty and second refrigerator and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal The dining area offers seating for 6 and bar seating for 10, while the adjoining living area features an oversized sectional and a 65” Smart Tv,
The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and spa-inspired ensuite bath complete with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Two guest rooms — one with a King bed, the other with two Doubles — share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, kids and teens will love their private bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, a 65” SMART TV, and its own full bath.
Outdoor living is just as inviting. Fire up the propane grill for dinner al fresco or catch a game on the 42” TV in the covered patio area. Overalll great stay!! Clean, comfortable, and close to beach. Lots of great beach extras to borrow and load on golf cart. Two odd things-kitchen was missing some key items like casserole pan and large knife. And-pool fob was needed to both get in and out of pool area-very tricky with a large group coming and going....

Property was nice but the refrigerator did not work when we checked in and 24 hours later a technician came but he had to order a part. There was another refrigerator in the pantry area but it would have been nice to have the refrigerator in the kitchen working. Be careful with the golf cart as the brakes locked up on us. Do not park on the road or at the pool area as we had 2 cars towed away and could not park in the garage due to couches being stored there. Ceiling fan upstairs was broken as well when we checked in but the technician offered to bring us box fans. Better communication about parking would have been helpful. The house was clean and very spacious, however. Thank you.
