Such a lovely home. It was an experience to stay there … ty

The house has breathtaking views and the sound of the ocean is incredible. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with the glass doors and it was stocked with tools we needed in the kitchen. The location is amazing and gives easy access to Santa Monica, Malibu and the beach is easily walkable. Vons is also just around the corner minutes away. Bathrooms have heated floors (incredible) and ample space for what we needed it for. Communication with the owners was great and check-in and out was very smooth.Few things to note:-The driveway is VERY steep. You can also easily park in front of the gate and walk up to avoid the angle.-The house is older than I expected and shows more signs of wear than anticipated at this price point, but you’re mostly paying for the location and view (10/10 in my opinion).-There are exterior cameras all over the place, so that did make us feel uneasy about privacy on the porch and living areas given all the glass. The instructions mention stern warnings about parties, so they’re probably a safeguard for the owner, but we didn’t care for it.-Bummer there isn’t a pool or water feature, but we knew that going in. Just ultimately wish we had it because of how cold the temps and ocean was.-Could have used a few more hand and bath towels, as well as in the kitchen.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt very safe. Definitely an unbeatable spot and will be missing the views for quite some time!

The house is even more beautiful in person. The host are absolutely amazing. I spilled something and needed an extra broom and they sent one right away. The view is absolutely outstanding check-in process was absolutely so easy 10 out of 10 would definitely come back.
