Franklin has been fully renovated and is in the heart of Jonesboro. Both bathrooms have been completely gutted and redone. Our location makes us perfect for families, small groups, business travelers, even a quick overnight stay. Each bed has a waterproof mattress protector and each pillow has a waterproof zippered cover. Everything** is cleaned after each stay. Everything on the beds, throw blankets on the sofa, covers on the pillows, etc. We want you to feel comfortable staying with us and if you're wondering who touched what last or when that blanket was washed that is NOT relaxing (we know, we've been there. It's gross). If you're coming for a special occasion please let us know, we want to help you celebrate! *6 minutes to Arkansas State University. *5 minutes to St Bernard's Hospital. *11 minutes to NEA Hospital. *12 minutes to Joe Mack Campbell Park *5 minutes to Jonesboro High School. **HUNTERS** let us know why you're here and we have a detached cedar lined room to store and hang your gear, and dry your waders!
