Everything was as described in the listing. Great location downtown. All information needed for check in/check out was made available upfront in a concise and professional manner. Fast communication from management was very helpful.

Unit was listed as having air conditioning and there was none. Additionally, while we knew from the photos that the unit was small, it is dark and dreary, and the living space provided uncomfortable furniture. The rugs are stained and worn. There was no mattress pad on the master bedroom bed. This is unsanitary for a rental. The bath towels were cheap and small.
The real redeeming quality of the unit is the location in downtown Steamboat with parking.
