Cocoonr offers this charming 3-star, air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-Cyprien, less than 500 m from the beach. It measures 55 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) adjoining a 1 m² balcony
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: electric barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 7 m² balcony, facing South/East, with furniture and awning to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
