If you’re dreaming of waking up to ocean breezes, sipping coffee with your toes practically in the sand (okay, 15 floors above it), and watching sunsets that make you forget what day it is—this is the place.

Welcome to your slice of paradise at the South Seas, a 15th-floor beachfront condo that sleeps six and comes with a view so beautiful, you’ll need extra storage on your phone for sunset pics.

The Space

1,100 square feet of coastal comfort

1 King bed, 2 Twins, and a Sleeper Sofa – plenty of room for families, friends, or that one person who “just needs some space”

2 Bathrooms, so there’s no fighting over mirror time

Morning Coffee + Million-Dollar View

Start your day on the balcony with a cup of coffee (or a mimosa—we won’t judge). Watch as turquoise waves meet the sky and palm trees guide you toward the sugar-white sands of Tigertail Beach, just steps away. Stay long enough, and you’ll witness one of Marco Island’s legendary sunsets—trust us, they’ll ruin all other sunsets for you.

Inside Vibes: Beach Meets Chic

This condo’s modern-beach design blends sunny vibes with sleek touches. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the space with natural light, while coastal décor whispers “you’re officially on island time.”

The fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, modern appliances, and cookware galore) has everything you need—whether you’re whipping up a seafood feast or reheating leftovers from Joey’s Pizza (no judgment).

When it’s time for dreamland, both bedrooms feature TVs, roomy closets, and comfy beds. The master suite even has sliding doors to the balcony—perfect for falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves instead of your partner’s snoring.

All the Essentials + Then Some

You’ll have everything you need:

Air conditioning & heating (because beach days shouldn’t mean sweaty nights)

Free Wi-Fi & cable

Linens & towels

Beach gear: chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels

The South Seas Experience

Want more than the beach? Explore all the extras:

Sparkling pool with loungers perfect for afternoon naps

Tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and a fitness center (for the ambitious)

BBQ grills, tiki huts, and tropical gardens ideal for sunset strolls

A social room and friendly faces that make you feel right at home

When hunger strikes, take a short walk to local favorites like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ—because vacation calories definitely don’t count.
