The flat is ideally located in Les Belleville, in very pleasant surroundings. In Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car parks in the village, the nearest being La Chapelle, 20 metres away.
If you want to go skiing, you'll need to come by car, and there's a large free car park just opposite the ski lifts in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville (about 6km from the chalet by road, which is easy to get to even in winter).
