This gorgeous one bedroom apartment is a timeless picture of elegant luxury that will make every day of your stay truly memorable.

The 60 square meters of space in this one of a kind apartment will make you feel extra special. It’s located in an upscale, high security condominium in the perfect location for travellers looking to explore the local area, couples seeking a romantic getaway, or remote workers looking for a serene work space. Fits up to 4 guests

OPEN PLAN LIVING / KITCHEN AREA
There is so much to enjoy in this beautifully presented space. You’re sure to be drawn to the antique upright piano, not to be played. To one side is the living area with its double size sofa bed and flatscreen television. The TV measures in at 43 inches and is an HDTV set that provides access to Fire TV, Hulu, Chromecast, Disney+, Roku, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO Max, Netflix, and standard cable/satellite.

To the other side of the piano is a modern kitchen with its array of appliances, neat cupboards, and quality worktops. A great space to prepare snacks and meals on those occasions you prefer to eat in rather than out. Everywhere you look, there’s evidence that your host has gone all-out to ensure every inch of the room sings with elegance and opulence, from the shining wooden flooring to the beauty of the custom walls, and lighting fixtures hanging from the ceiling.

OUTSIDE SPACE
You have direct access to a lovely private outside garden space from the living area. With a table and seating, you can choose to sit in the shade on the patio, or enjoy the sun shining on the grassy areas beyond. Either way, your garden gives you an ideal space to relax and enjoy al fresco meals during your stay. Enjoy watching the koi swim around the large pond, and when it’s mealtime, the BBQ pit gives you the option to cook outside for yourselves.

THE BEDROOM
Horses run free in this most attractive of rooms – only on the walls of course. And just like the quality wallpaper, everything in here is presented to the highest standard, with a mattress and bedding that will assure you get a great night’s sleep. The large closet gives you ample storage space for clothes and other belongings, so be sure to unpack on arrival.

THE BATHROOM
Of course, the elegance continues in this most impressive of spaces, with a smart white suite giving you all somewhere attractive to get ready for days and evenings out. Grab your towels (supplied by your host) and step into the hydromassage shower for the best start or finish to the day you could wish for.

PARKING
There are free parking spaces at the front of the condo. And because this is a ground floor garden apartment, it’s a short walk from the car park to your front door. (First on the right as you enter the property)
