A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Best of the best in PGA WEST! Best location, gorgeous views, and super clean & comfortable.
A golfer or sun lover's dream, our PGA West brings luxury and comfort together to create the perfect getaway. Located on the 7th hole of the prestigious PGA Arnold Palmer Private Course, this expansive 2 bedroom condo is the perfect escape.
High ceilings and plenty of light, this gorgeous condo has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen, large living room and dining area, 2 large bedrooms (one king, one queen), and an additional den/sleeping room for extra guests. All are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Flatscreens, washer/dryer, posturepedic mattress, and modern furnishings make this a step above the rest.
Step out on your private patio from both the living and master bedroom and enjoy stunning mountain, fairway, AND water views. This condo is truly in one of the best spots in the PGA West Community. Enjoy spectacular sunsets overlooking the Santa Rosa mountains or lounge and relax in the ultra-private courtyard space. Unlike some others in PGA West, this is a single story unit so you don't have to worry about anyone above or below you! SUPER QUIET!
The PGA community is pristinely maintained and a gorgeous setting for vacation. Cool off in one of the many pool areas (one just steps from your condo) or play world class golf on one of PGA West's prestigious courses. Pick fresh grapefruits or oranges from our fruit trees and enjoy the beauty of this spectacular country club community.
No pets or smoking! Currently accepting bookings of 31 days or longer!

Process was great. Easy check in (no Ring camera which in this day is a great thing for privacy) and place was super clean!!

Great place to stay! The view is beautiful of the mountains and lake. Very clean and owner is great to work with. Will stay here again!

PGA West is a great dessert place to stay. It's not your typical
resort, in fact, there are many full time residents that live there.
That said, all the amenities you could want are either within
the community or close by in the dessert cities.
Check-in was a bit "wobbly", but the owner is easy to reach so any issues were swiftly addressed. We'd stay here again.
