Location. Friendly staff.
I booked this hotel because the rooms came with a kitchen, but the kitchen provided had absolutely no supplies in it. No dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans. Nothing. Most people who travel do not travel with kitchen supplies in their luggage. If I wanted anything to cook or eat with, I had to buy it from the front desk. I could have booked a cheaper hotel with no kitchen provided, and I would have been similarly equipped.
