Nice appartment, spacious, comfortable, well equiped, clean. Large terrase, covered parking place. Close to beach, close to reastaurants. No elevators – good for your fitness! Good contact with hosts, complete and usefull info.
Only one but visible defect - appartment (walls) need more conservation to eliminate influence of high humidity or signs of water damages.

Ein ganz tolles Apartment. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigen könnte.

Very good location, only about a 3-minute walk from the beach, while still being relatively quiet. The apartment is spacious and has a nice large terrace. The fridge is new and has a large freezer, and the air conditioning worked well. Considering the price, the apartment offered good value. The host was very responsive, friendly and always tried to help when we contacted her.
The apartment would benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. Some dishes were dirty when we arrived, there was a visible layer of dust on top of the fridge and wardrobes, and the air-conditioning units were also quite dusty. The old spring mattresses were uncomfortable and very noisy with every movement. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and there was only cold water in the kitchen sink and washing machine. The host tried to help, but unfortunately some of these issues could not be resolved during our stay.
