Room was clean & comfortable bed 😊
Bathroom was refurbed & looked very nice.
Tea making facilities but no milk & nowhere to store any when we bought some.
No wifi code shared before stay, so got the code come through once i got in signal area outside of hotel, so ask the hotel for it beforehand!. Not usually an issue but needed to stay in touch with others in group not staying with us.

Good communication from owner, great location and nice room
It was difficult to park, but that’s more just luck than anything else

location
the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, half used toiletries i.e shower gels toilet paper… the coat hangers were dusty…
