Incredible place. Book it!! Very close to the sites but looks out on a quiet beautiful park. Very helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. This is a perfect place!

Such a fantastic location, the hosts were very friendly and the room was perfect. Would absolutely recommend. There was secure parking which was a bonus and the villa was a modern interior but the exterior was beautiful and historic. You get to enjoy being right by the restaurants and shopping but also in a quiet safe location. If I ever get the chance to come back to Bolzano, I would definitely be booking here again.

We were met by Leander who gave us a very warm welcome and remained contactable via WhatsApp/phone for any questions during our stay. The location is excellent, the centre is an easy walk whilst being set back and very quiet. An added bonus is being able to park your car at the villa.

Alles sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist so bequem und der Fernseher riesig. Die Suite hat eine interessante Raumaufteilung mit einer halben Trennwand zwischen Schlafraum und Wohnraum in dem eine freistehende Badewanne steht. Beim Baden hat man einen traumhaften Blick in den wunderschönen Garten. Vom Bett kann man durch ein Lichtfenster in der Trennwand auch auf den Garten schauen. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse haben Fliegengitter, da kann man auch nachts die Terrassentür prima offen lassen. Eine Oase der Ruhe, trotzdem ist die historische Innenstadt keine 5 Minuten weg. Genial! Der Privatparkplatz im verschlossenen Hof mit Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge ist klasse.
