This was my second time staying at Urban Inn Changlun, and it continues to be a reliable and convenient stopover. Because the hotel is still quite new, the overall facilities feel fresh, clean, and well-kept. The service remains a strong point. The staff members are polite, welcoming, and quick to assist with check-in. The rooms are tidy, feature comfortable bedding, and provide essential amenities like strong air conditioning and clean private showers for a restful night. The location is another major plus. It sits right in a commercial area with easy access to local restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery shops. Overall, it is a practical, clean, and comfortable choice in Changlun. I will gladly return for future trips.

The property is clean but very small room not enough space to move

If you need a hot water for coffee no facilities in the room water dispenser in the hallway
