Location - walk to the centre, easy access to the cafe across the street, by foot to the beach. Included a car park. Nice welcome milk in a fridge and ice lolly in the freezer.
Very small kitchen. No garden, no balcony. Dining table chairs uncomfortable and not safe.

Excellent location, bathroom (very new, modern and clean) and ease of booking etc.

The flat was super comfy and well appointed, having most things that you would need. So convenient for the shops, bars and beach. Just around the corner from The Jube family run pub which is just the best. Parking was fine for us in winter but would be hell and costly in the summer.
We stayed over Christmas and it was a little chilly and no thermostat for obvious reasons. Had to bring own towels, which is rather odd and I didn't read the info properly and had to go out and buy some from the beach shop.
