- balcony area
- closeness to Yas island parks and mall
- kitchen area
- bathroom was not clean and needed shelves for toiletries
- not enough toilet paper and towels and more of this was not provided upon request
- there should be 2 duvets do the 2 sofa beds as there was only 1
- garbage bags for the bins should have been provided if guests are required empty the trash
- the tv reds updating to a smart tv as it the apps such as Netflix dis not work at all, despite getting advice from the host. The Netflix app did not even let me sign into my account.

Great location near to all the Yas Island parks and attractions.
a small shop selling basic groceries would have gone a long way.
also the water machine in the gym wasn't working.
