The design of the property and room was amazing. Every detail was carefully considered and perfect.
The restaurant was closed when we were there meaning we had to leave to find food. It was pouring with rain due to the typhoon, the property is remote and there are very limited taxis. The staff were not super accommodating in helping us and did not offer any concessions despite not telling us the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival. I attempted to cancel and they would not allow it. For the amount paid you would expect some flexibility or support.

Everything was exceptional—the beautiful design, spotless cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, amazing views, excellent location, delicious food, and outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and every detail made our stay feel special.

Loved the rooms & beds, they were very comfortable. The staff were so attentive and the dinner and tea ceremony were great experiences. The location is a little rural, we didn't have a car but found it straightforward enough to get the bus around and taxi's were also available.
The only thing which was a little annoying was that the outdoor bath was too hot to get in, even though we left the lid off overnight. Would be great if they could cool this down!

NYE at KÝON was not fun. The food was delicious, the experience less so, with an overly serious atmosphere for dinner bordering on the clinical. Reviews we read mentioned exceptional views. We had none, aside from an a/c condenser and some potted plants on the balcony overlooking a car park.
