Location was great and the site was lovely and peaceful. Had everything you needed
It is quite small, struggled in some spaces.

The location was great and the van was clean which is what you want the beds and bedding are also very clean and comfortable, but a little small for us . Great shower , powerful .Dog friendly and doesn't smell of dogs! lovely quiet little site close to shops and bars. The beach is also close by and a great walk for the dog too, this caravan is ok for a couple of nights and we would return.
It didn't have a dining table, which I didn't think I would miss but we did, especially as I don't like to leave any mess. There were little tables to pull out and eat in front of the sofa , which is probably fine for most, but I would prefer one ,And the veranda was very small for us ,just enough for 1 person to sit out, so our dog missed the usual lying outside. My husband found the toilet room very small and had to open the door ,so wouldn't suit long arms and legs! These are just personal views . So this may not bother others. Overall just a little small for us but has what you need for a couple of days

Caravan was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The location was perfect; close enough to beaches and Skegness, but in a peaceful position. Loved it, thank you.
