Great apartment, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and away from street noise
The alleyway running along the side of the Restaurant, to get to the gated compound, is very scruffy. Not the fault of the owner, but it could be off putting for some people.

Cleanliness and the very easy access to transportation and the shops.

The owner Marcel was excellent. The place was clean and all things are provided that makes the place a comfortable long term stay.
The Internet was not very stable and it is quite cold despite the heater setting at 21 deg.
