Excellent location. The appartment is small but was comfortable for us as we were not cooking or having breakfast. The kitchen is tiny. It is very quiet and the air conditioning works well. All in all a comfortable stay on an are surrounded by cafés, bars and restaurants. Sites all within easy walking distance.
The bathroom is a bit old/used and the shower would require proper cleaning in the corners. A bottle opener for caps would be appreciated.

Dritter Stock. Völlig zentral und doch still.

The location was a 10
The building is mostly under construction so it wasn’t very relaxing during the day.
The main bed was hard and the sofa bed I would not consider this a bed it’s a very thin padding which rolls out on the floor it’s uneven and you can feel the wood underneath it .
