Location was great - close to many attractions by walking but also very quiet at night. The place was very clean, comfortable and had good shower pressure. Kitchen had all the essential supplies although more coffee pods would have been nicer. The terrace was also spacious and nice to eat breakfast/dinner. The A/C worked well and was in every room.

We were on the last floor and the building had no elevator which is made it difficult to bring luggage up. Our apartment had 2 floors with the bedrooms being downstairs. The stairs to get there were quite steep and had to walk carefully and couldn't bring our luggage down as a result. Just something to keep in mind if someone has mobility issues.

Die Eingangstüre ist sehr dünn und man hört fast alles was im Treppenhaus läuft. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer des App. Nr. 2 muss repariert werden, diese ist etwas laut.

Daire yeniydi. Mutfak için ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Banyosu temizdi. Bebek karyolası ve mama sandalyesi taleplerimizin karşılanması iyi oldu.

The location was brilliant in terms of being close to the city centre. There were also nice coffee shops nearby and it was only 20 minute journey to the airport. The apartment itself was clean, the kitchen was good and the bed was comfortable. The smart TV was brilliant for relaxing in the evenings and it was great that there was shower gel and shampoo provided. We requested new towels halfway through the week, which was useful.

Despite the easy access into the city centre, the noise wasn't great. I get that is what you get with being in a city apartment but it was very loud. If you find it difficult to sleep at night when there is noise, I wouldn't reccomend this place. I found it a bit easier when we turned the air con on as it gave some white noise and drowned out the sound a bit, but it wasn't perfect. I would say the worst thing was the fact that the hot water for the shower didn't last long. If you love a long shower I wouldn't recommend this place. The hot water ran cold after 3 minutes and then didn't heat up again for another 30-45 minutes. Customer service were helpful and they did do something to slightly improve the water but it wasn't great. Probably fine if you are on your own, but if there are more of you then you will be waiting a while for the water to be warm again. The superior apartment was much smaller than I thought it would be, I think there are a few different versions and we must have just got the smaller one. Not a huge issue but a little bit misleading from the images. Despite a few issues we did have a lovely stay.
