In the best location, just out of the busy areas but close enough to walk. Incredibly clean and tidy, the staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Obsessed with this villa! It was really beautiful, clean and a great location!!

There was only two of us so it was fine, but if you had four people the couch is quite small

Great location to Bingin Beach and cafes restaurants

Very modern and spacious

I stayed for 16 days. Overall, it was passable, but several issues affected the stay: Primary: 1) There was frequent hammering and drilling from construction next door. 2) More seriously, staff entered the villa without warning four times, including three mornings. I raised this after the second incident, but it continued. Secondary: 3) The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no cutting board or coffee maker, and basic items such as salt, pepper and oil were missing. 4) The Booking.com listing was also misleading, as the photos gave the impression that the single-room villa was similar to the larger villa shown online.
