Fabulous location, next to a couple of nice pubs and extremely close to everything, yet still quiet...Shakespeare's birthplace is literally across the road.
Good secure parking
The flat is smaller than we envisaged from the photos but clean, tidy and cosy.
The bed was very comfortable.
The owner was very good in welcoming us by email before the stay, instructions were good, he was very responsive.
I would have scored this higher but unfortunately the night we were there, there was a leak, which meant there wouldn't be hot water. The owner offered a good discount without quibble.
Also couldn't find an ironing board.

A beautifully presented flat, a short walking distance into the town and close to all the amenities. Secure parking was definitely a bonus for us. Very comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for our host who was always quick to answer any queries. We will certainly be looking to book this again in the future.

The property was beautiful with perfectly chosen interiors. I felt relaxed and comfortable straight away and enjoyed the mix of practical facilities in a sumptuous setting. The location was fantastic and secure parking a bonus.
