Quiet neighbourhood and a great location for us visiting family in Skipton and Sutton. House is beautifully styled, modern, comfortable and absolutely spotless, with a quality kitchen and bathroom. The shower is fab! Would definitely stay again.

We were given the wrong key box code, so initially couldnt get in but rang the host and it was quickly rectified. TV remote batteries were dead, no tin opener and we were required to strip all the beds before leaving. Also when booking it was stated check out was 11am but the guidance in the property advised before 10am, which meant we had to change our plans slightly. All only minor things really and didn't spoil our stay.

Great location for us visiting family from Australia, clean, tidy and comfortable. All amenities available including tea and coffee which helped as w hadn’t been to the shops prior to landing. Ben and Daniella were amazing hosts, messaging and responding in a timely manner, very informative of the accommodation, how to access and what needed to be done on leaving. We had a lovely stay here in Eastburn. It was closely situated near to the hospital which was great for us as we stayed here to visit a family member. The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and offered all the amenities you could think of for a comfortable stay. We would book again

Thank you for a lovely stay, what a beautiful home away from home. The house was spotless whilst feeling warm and relaxed, offering us a space to unwind between trips out enjoying all Yorkshire has to offer. Conveniently located just a short drive from Skipton and Bolton Abbey we had lots of options for days out. With off road parking and a garden, a good sized lounge plus three bedrooms there was plenty of room for our family with young children to chill in the evenings and our dog was welcomed too. The kitchen was fully equipped with pans and utensils, plus there was tea and coffee available. Everything felt fresh and clean and the beds were all very comfy. The host was also very quick to reply to our booking query and seemed happy to help. Thank you for having us to stay!
